1. Subscriptions: Certain App features require a subscription ("Subscription"), billed upfront on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless canceled via your account settings.

2. Fee Adjustments: We retain the right to alter Subscription fees at our discretion, effective at the next billing cycle. Notice of changes will be provided, allowing cancellation before adjustments take effect. Continued use post-change confirms acceptance of new fees.

3. Refunds: Unless legally mandated, Subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests should be directed to the App Store provider.

4. Intellectual Property: All App content, features, and functionalities remain our exclusive property, protected by Latvian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, third-party actions, unauthorized content alterations, or other issues, regardless of foreseeability.

6. External Links: The App may link to third-party websites not under our control. We disclaim responsibility for their content, privacy policies, and practices. Review third-party terms and privacy policies before use.
