Weights vs Strong
Choose around the workflow and devices you need.
This comparison has a commercial interest: we make Weights. It summarizes official documentation, not hands-on competitor testing. We do not give either app a universal “best” verdict.
Strong’s documented emphasis
Strong documents iPhone, Android and Apple Watch support, CSV export, custom exercises and advanced charts. If your required workflow involves Android or Watch, that documented platform coverage is a meaningful reason to inspect Strong.
Where Weights fits
Weights supports iPhone and iPad with routines, completed-set logging and notes. Its released listing documents a ZIP with PDF and CSV files. Premium includes full workout history and additional statistics. Check your installed version for the history and chart ranges available without a purchase.
Questions to check before switching
Compare a representative workout, a setup note and an export on the device you use. Check each app’s current purchase screen. Neither an export button nor a shared file extension guarantees import compatibility. We have not run a hands-on speed, reliability or usability comparison.
Sources and limits
