Compare like with like

Keep exercise names, units and notes consistent. A chart is easier to interpret when the entries behind it describe comparable sessions.

Read the entries behind a trend

Compare the same exercise and unit before interpreting a change. For example, 30 kg for 10 repetitions on one cable machine is not necessarily comparable to 30 kg on another. A setup note can explain a chart change that looks like a strength gain or loss.

Volume and strength answer different questions

Recorded volume summarizes work entered in the log. Estimated one-rep max summarizes a calculation from performance. Neither measures technique, recovery or the quality of a training program. Missing sets and inconsistent exercise names can distort both views.

Muscle focus gives recorded sets context

The released app includes a muscle-focus view. Treat it as a summary of recorded training, not a measurement of muscle growth or a prescription for how many sets you need. It is useful alongside the exercise names and sessions behind the summary.

Choose a useful time range

If you need to inspect records outside the app, export your history as a PDF report and CSV files. Premium includes full workout history and additional statistics. Check your installed version for the history and chart ranges available without a purchase.

Questions about your training, over time

Is estimated one-rep max a tested maximum?

No. It is a calculated estimate from your recorded performance. Do not treat the chart as a load prescription.

Where can I check the available history?

The boundary changes when a new month begins. Premium includes full workout history and additional statistics. Check your installed version for the history and chart ranges available without a purchase.
