YOUR TRAINING DATA

Export workout history as PDF and CSV

Take your Weights workout records outside the app in a ZIP containing a PDF progress report and CSV data.

A readable report and data you can inspect

The released Weights App Store listing documents a ZIP export with a PDF progress report and CSV files covering workout summaries, completed sets and chart data. A PDF helps you read a summary; CSV gives you rows you can inspect in a spreadsheet.

Export from Settings

Open Settings and look for the workout history export action. Complete a workout with recorded sets before exporting; an empty log has no completed-set data to export. Choose a destination in the system file-saving flow and unzip the package to inspect its contents.

An example of using the files

Keep a dated copy before reviewing several months of training outside the app. Open the completed-sets CSV in a spreadsheet, keep the unit labels, and filter by an exercise you use consistently. Read the PDF alongside the rows instead of treating every chart value as an independent observation.

What export does not establish

An exported file is a copy of recorded data. It does not establish automatic cloud backup, import into Weights, compatibility with another tracker or synchronization between devices. Keep your own copy in a location you control. The file may contain personal training details, so choose where you share it.

Availability and access

Export is documented in the released 1.18.1 App Store listing. In-app history viewing and chart ranges have separate Free and Premium access boundaries. Check the app for available export options and the current purchase screen for subscription prices.

Common questions

Can I restore the ZIP into Weights?

Export does not imply an import or restore function. This page makes no claim of round-trip restoration.

Why is there nothing to export?

Record completed workout sets first. The Settings export action requires exportable completed-set data.
