THE TRAINING NOTEBOOK
Read the record behind your workout chart
Interpret workout history by checking exercise names, units, notes and the entries behind each chart.
Check that the entries are comparable
Before reading a trend, compare the exercise, unit and equipment setup. A changed machine or a renamed variation can explain a jump. Notes make the underlying record easier to interpret.
Look at the calculation’s meaning
Estimated one-rep max is calculated from performance; it is not a measured maximum. Recorded volume summarizes entries. Neither chart assesses technique or tells you a suitable next load.
Choose the range for your question
Review several comparable sessions rather than one isolated point. Premium includes full workout history and additional statistics. Check your installed version for the history and chart ranges available without a purchase.
