Use a separate cell for each actual result
Write an entry such as “25 kg × 8,” then record the next set separately. If it contains seven repetitions, write seven. The blank sheet is a recordkeeping template, not a prescribed routine. Add another sheet when you need more sets rather than replacing individual results with a planned total.
Keep the convention with the record
Circle kg or lb and describe whether a dumbbell weight means one dumbbell or the pair. Name the exercise variation clearly and use the note space for setup details such as a machine seat position. Without these details, the same number can mean different things from one session to the next.
Paper or an app?
Paper works when you want a physical record and do not need charts or searchable history. Weights provides routines, exercise notes and a digital set log on iPhone and iPad. Its documented export produces PDF and CSV files. This blank sheet is not an import format, and the app is not claimed to scan or automatically transcribe it.
